AMCANA DRILLING BITS
Amcana Drilling Bits Inc. is a manufacturer of surface drilling bits used for oil and Gas exploration, water wells, geothermal, construction, Mining, etc. The company was formed in 2002 and appointed Mr. Edward Matti as the head of the research and development department.
Mr. Matti has been involved in this field since 1983. He was the founder of Ed’s Drill Bits Ltd, which was disposed of in 1997. His most recent achievements were the creation and production of the ‘Gatorback’ bit and a high quality reasonably priced PDC bit, which are used by drillers in North America, Korea, Australia and Saudi Arabia with phenomenal success.
Amcana Drilling Bits. manufactures other drill bits, such as the button drill bit (Gatorback) ‘step’ bit, the ‘chevron’ bit, the seismic geothermal ‘ripper’ bit, the (seismic ‘Gatorback’ bit), the ‘canclaw’ bit, etc. Other designs are presently under development for different applications.
